COULD BE ANOTHER BY ELECTION

Kedah State Assembly's speaker had notified Kedah's SPR on the position of Kota Siputeh State Assemblyman Datuk Abu Hassan Sarif in virtue lost his postion as assemblyman when he failed to attend two sitting consecutively without permission. This is inline with Section 51 of Kedah State Constitution stated that "mana-mana anggota DUN yangtidak hadir sidang Dewan dua kali berturut-turut hilang keanggotaannya dan hendaklah mengosongkan kerusi yang disandang.
